We are recruiting a Hospitality & Resident Experience Manager to join a premium retirement community on the Gold Coast.The organisation wants to take its hospitality offering to the next level and is looking for someone who has previously improved a venue, lifted service standards, led a relaunch or helped transform the overall customer experience.Aged care experience is not required.We are particularly interested in candidates from hotels, high-end resorts, premium venues, events or hospitality operations.What you'll be doingLead the day-to-day hospitality operation, including the bistro and broader resident experienceManage and develop a team of approximately 12 staffImprove service standards and create a genuine premium hospitality experienceTake ownership of food safety,



compliance and operational standardsDrive revenue and identify opportunities to improve the hospitality offeringBring current ideas and improvements to the operationWhat we're looking forYou will be an experienced hospitality leader who understands what premium service looks like and knows how to deliver it consistently.Ideally, you will have experience within a hotel, high-end resort, premium hospitality venue or events environment.We are particularly interested in someone who has been involved in a venue turnaround, service overhaul, relaunch, rebrand or major hospitality improvement.What's on offer$110K-$130K + superMonday-Friday working weekGenerally standard business hoursPotential one day per week working from homePotential 9-day fortnightSupportive and generous ownershipProfessional development and education opportunitiesApproximately four major staff events each year
