This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in overseeing daily workshop operations and ensuring the efficient, safe and quality production of our shading products.
You will be responsible for leading a team of production staff, maintaining high standards of workmanship, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
The Workshop Supervisor acts as a key link between management and production teams, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.Key responsibilitiesSupervise and manage workshop staff, including scheduling, task allocation and performance managementOversee daily production activities to ensure targets are met and quality standards are maintainedConduct regular safety inspections and enforce workplace health and safety protocolsMonitor equipment maintenance schedules and arrange repairs or replacements as requiredTrain and develop team members in production techniques,
