About the roleWe are seeking 2 experienced Project Managers to join our growing team on a full time basis in Queanbeyan, NSW.This role plays a critical part in the successful delivery of projects from commencement through to completion.
You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, quality requirements, subcontractors and stakeholder relationships while ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.What you'll be doingManaging day-to-day project operations and coordinating with site teams to ensure work is completed to specificationDevelop, review and maintain project documentation, including: Door schedules, frame schedules, hardware schedules, frame design documentationLiaising with clients to understand project requirements, address concerns and provide regular progress updatesOverseeing procurement of materials and management of subcontractors and suppliersImplementing and monitoring health, safety and environmental standards across all projectsIdentifying and managing project risks, resolving issues and implementing corrective actions as requiredPreparing and managing project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications and progress reportsManaging project costs,



tracking expenses and ensuring projects remain within approved budgetsCommunicating regularly with stakeholders including clients, team members and senior managementMaintain compliance with all relevant legislation, Australian Standards and Building Code requirementsEnsure quality construction standards and best-practice installation techniques are followedConduct Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and commissioning activitiesMaintain site safety documentation, including Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS)What we're looking forProven Project Management experience within the construction industrySecurity industry experience will be highly regardedStrong understanding of project delivery, stakeholder management and construction complianceConstruction Industry White Card preferredAsbestos Awareness and Silica Awareness certifications desirableAble to obtain and maintain Australian Government and Defence Security ClearancesStrong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skillsAdvanced working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel (desirable)
