Reporting to the General Manager, this role plays a key leadership position in the day-to-day operation of our manufacturing facility, producing and distributing high-quality fibreglass swimming pools across Queensland and other states.This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys working closely with people, process, and product to deliver outstanding results.Key ResponsibilitiesSafety & ComplianceLead and reinforce a solid safety-first culture across the siteEnsure compliance with WHS policies, procedures, and safe work practicesProvide daily leadership to production and support teamsRecruit, onboard, train, and develop team membersCoach, support, and hold teams accountable to performance and behavior standardsFoster a high performing, engaged, and respectful workplace cultureOperations & QualitySupport daily production planning and execution to meet quality and delivery targetsMaintain high product quality standards and drive continuous improvementInvestigate operational issues, identify root causes, and implement practical solutionsPartner with team to ensure efficient workflow and resource utilizationWork closely with the Inventory and Logistics teams to ensure accurate stock controlEnsure materials, labor,
