About the roleBallina Toyota is seeking a driven and experienced Assistant Service Manager to join our busy service department in a full-time capacity.
This is a hands‐on role in our service department – you'll be responsible for assisting with the overall productivity of the team to ensure that all work is completed to the high standards that we aim for.What you'll be doingFoster a supportive team environmentProviding the best possible service to customers while maintaining an efficient and profitable operationBuild and maintain positive customer and employee relationshipsOperating at optimum capacity with good measures to ensure cost controlAssist in obtaining service profit objectives.Assist in organising & directing service advisorsEnsure the service process is being closely monitored and controlledOn every occasion ensure that all interactions by thedealership are of the highest standard, both internally andexternallyWhat we're looking forHave proven leadership experience from a dealership service environmentHave a high-level knowledge of service department processes,
