This position involves working closely with clients to identify their unique challenges and opportunities, providing guidance that fosters growth and development.Key Responsibilities:Conduct assessments to understand the needs of clients and establish explicit objectives for coaching sessions.Develop customised coaching programmes that align with clients' business aspirations and personal development goals.Facilitate one-on-one coaching sessions as well as group sessions, utilising various techniques and strategies to enhance learning.Monitor progress against established goals, providing feedback and adjusting coaching plans as necessary to ensure continued growth.Support clients in developing critical skills such as leadership, strategic planning, decision-making, and effective communication.Encourage accountability by helping clients set realistic milestones and deadlines for achieving their objectives.Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and new methodologies that can enhance coaching effectiveness.Build strong relationships with clients based on trust, respect, and open communication to facilitate a positive coaching experience.This role requires a passion for fostering entrepreneurial spirit within individuals while supporting them in navigating the complexities of business management.
