About the role:
As Quality Manager, you'll take ownership of the Quality Management System and ISO**** accreditation.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing and continuously improving the Quality Management System
Leading and influencing the business on appropriate industry quality standards
Conducting internal audits and supporting external audits to maintain ISO**** compliance
Implementing and maintaining policies, standards, and procedures




Preparing and submitting routine reports
Developing initiatives that lift customer service satisfaction
Delivering internal training programs to build a strong quality culture
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
What you'll bring:
Demonstrated leadership experience in a similar role
Qualifications in Internal Auditing, Quality, or a related field
Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of quality control testing procedures and relevant standards
Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to managing business requirements
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience with ISO**** and conducting audits
