To support this, we've created a new Senior Talent Acquisition Partner role for an experienced recruiter who loves finding outstanding people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys making things better.

This is a hands-on role where you'll manage your own portfolio of vacancies (frontline, leadership and hard-to-fill roles) while helping shape how we attract, engage and hire talent across the organisation.

You'll act as a trusted partner to leaders to solve their workforce challenges, build talent pipelines, reduce reliance on agency/labour hire staff, improve recruitment practices and lead initiatives that strengthen recruitment outcomes and candidate experience including our employer brand.

About You

Recruitment is more than a job for you, you're energised by finding the right person and understand your impact on our residents and guests experience of Fresh Hope. You will have

- Proven success recruiting in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment, 100+ hires a year is a walk in the park for you
- Strong sourcing capability and confidence engaging passive candidates for difficult-to-fill, specialist or leadership roles




- The ability to build trusted relationships and influence hiring decisions with a diverse stakeholder group
- A track record of delivering projects or improvements to the candidate experience, recruitment lifecycle and employer brand
- Balance delivering day to day recruitment outcomes while we work together to improve the experience for everyone
