The Department of Health Tasmania is seeking a Permanent Part Time Clinical Coach in Launceston to supervise and assess novice nurses in the Operating Room Suite. You will support their transition to secure, competent practice and work with education and clinical teams to identify learning needs and provide feedback against standards.

You will promote evidence‐based practice, lead quality improvements and contribute to a positive learning culture while ensuring person‐centred care and patient
