Dubbo RSL Club Group is preparing for one of our busiest times of the year and is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Christmas Casuals to join our Bar & Gaming team.

THE ROLE

This role includes both day and night shifts, with hours varying depending on business needs. Applicants must be available to work Thursday, Friday and Saturdays.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing friendly and skilled customer service
• Taking orders and ensuring timely service
• Processing payments and handling cash transactions
• Maintaining a clean and well-organised work area
• Restocking supplies as required
• Contributing to a positive and welcoming experience for our members and guests

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for people who are reliable, energetic and enjoy working as part of a team.

You will need:

✓ To be 18 years or over
✓ Current RSA and RCG certificates
✓ Strong communication and customer service skills




✓ Confidence handling cash and using point-of-sale systems
✓ A positive attitude and willingness to learn
✓ Availability to work both day and night shifts
✓ Availability on Thursday, Friday and Saturdays

No experience is necessary — full training and support will be provided.
