Ray White Carrum Downs is seeking a Property Manager for end-to-end Property Management of a growing portfolio to join our dynamic team. You will need to be someone who works well in a team environment & who is able to develop strong relationships with rental providers & renters. In addition, you will also be required to have exceptional written & verbal communication skills, solid computer skills, high attention to detail & be extremely organised.

This is a full time position Monday-Friday, however you may be required to work some Saturdays for time in lieu.

Tasks & Responsibilities

- Managing & maintaining rent roll of properties

- Experience with Console Software





- Building relationships & liasing with rental providers adding value to their investment journey

- Assist with producing all Property Management documentation, including agreements & renewals

- Book & assist with open homes &/or private viewings, as required

- Process Tenancy Applications

- Conduct all inspections as required

- Management of repairs & maintenance

- Ability to problem solve & use initiative

Position requirements:

- Hold a current Agents Representative Certificate or Licence

- Valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle

- Property Management experience required
