About the role

As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the overall performance of the Windsor store. You will lead from the floor, working alongside your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales and KPI expectations. You will bring energy, consistency and accountability to the store while developing a team that is confident, motivated and focused on results.

Key responsibilities

- Leading, coaching and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and store targets
- Driving sales, conversion, average sale and other key retail KPIs
- Maintaining high standards of showroom presentation and merchandising
- Managing daily operations and store administration
- Ensuring company policies, procedures and WHS requirements are followed
- Conducting regular team huddles, training and performance discussions
- Building a positive, accountable and results-focused team environment

About you

- Previous retail management experience, preferably within furniture, bulky goods or a consultative sales environment
- A proven ability to lead a sales team and achieve targets




- A solid understanding of retail KPIs and how to turn results into action
- Confidence coaching, developing and performance-managing team members
- A hands-on leadership style – you won't manage from behind a desk
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to resolve issues professionally
- The ability to create structure, consistency and accountability within a team
- A positive attitude and a genuine drive to achieve results
