About the role

We’re seeking a property and commercial lawyer to join our growing team to assist our senior lawyers to undertake tasks like:

- work on all aspects of property transactions, including conveyancing for high valued residential and commercial properties;

- undertake complex property transfers and assist with the management of client relationships;





- Preparing lease documentation and supporting senior colleagues on lease disputes and other complex or bespoke leasing matters

- undertake drafting of leases and lodge caveats and mortgages across jurisdictions and manage PEXA workspaces at withdrawal of caveat and discharge of mortgage stages for national finance companies;

- collaborate in a multidisciplinary team and assist other senior colleagues in property and general commercial matters.

About you

You will:

- have more than 1 years experience handling property transactions with client management.

- be focused on client relationships and outcomes and develop a rapport with clients.

- Be able to use initiative.
