About the Role

This isn’t just another Store Manager job — it’s a chance to lead one of our flagship large-format stores in Shellharbour with real ownership and influence. You'll have the autonomy to shape the store’s strategy and day-to-day operations, and you’ll be supported by a close-knit, down-to-earth team that values your leadership.

This full-time role includes rotating weekend shifts and offers you the freedom to treat the business as your own.

In this role, you will:

- Oversee all store operations: staffing, financials, inventory, and customer experience

- Spot local opportunities for growth and efficiency tailored to the Shellharbour community

- Build and lead a motivated team, making staffing decisions that suit the local retail environment

- Implement practical cost-saving strategies and meet customer needs specific to our Illawarra clientele

About You

You’re a seasoned large-format retail manager who knows how to run a big store and a big team. You have:

- 5–10 years’ experience managing a large box retail store (local experience in Illawarra a plus)

- Strong leadership and communication skills to engage with both staff and the local community

- A genuine passion for our products and for serving the Shellharbour and Illawarra community

- Full working rights in Australia and the ability to pass background checks
