Casino Food Company is a long established export food processor with state of the art facilities in Casino and Booyong, near Lismore, on the NSW Far North Coast. We employ a large local workforce and play a key role in the Northern Rivers economy, producing quality products for Australian and international customers.

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Stock Hand to join our team at our Booyong plant. In this hands on role, you’ll support the smooth and efficient flow of livestock operations — including the receival, scheduling, and management of animals for processing. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll play an important part in ensuring our daily production runs safely and effectively.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Receive, draft, and count pigs to ensure accurate processing numbers.

- Prepare the daily processing run sheet and coordinate livestock scheduling.

- Work closely with the livestock team while ensuring safety, animal welfare, and adherence to company procedures.

- Maintain regulatory compliance and provide management with required updates and information.

- The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

- Confidence working with numbers.

- A genuine comfort working around animals- in particular pigs.

- Clear verbal and written communication skills.





- A commitment to following Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) policies and procedures.

- A strong work ethic with the ability to perform physical tasks.

- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
