About the role

The Warehouse Co-Ordinator is responsible for the efficient, secure and accurate day-to-day coordination of warehouse, dispatch and transport activities at ACC Higgins' Stapylton operation. The role has particular responsibility for ensuring customer orders are sourced, quality checked, correctly loaded and ready for delivery each day. The Warehouse Co-Ordinator also maintains effective stock control, coordinates incoming goods, oversees transport and warehouse documentation, and ensures the warehouse and associated equipment are maintained to a high standard. This is a hands-on operational role requiring the successful candidate to work closely with drivers, warehouse employees, production departments and management to ensure products are delivered safely, accurately and on time.

Key responsibilities

- Review daily delivery requirements and identify and source all stock required for dispatch
- Undertake the final quality control check of all products prior to loading and delivery
- Assist drivers with loading trucks as required
- Ensure all loads are correctly positioned, secured and safely loaded
- Ensure the correct products and quantities are loaded against delivery documentation




- Coordinate the loading and unloading of containers, trucks and incoming deliveries
- Use a forklift to safely move products, stock and incoming goods
- Coordinate driver paperwork and ensure required documentation is completed accurately
- Coordinate the receipt, checking and storage of all incoming goods
- Maintain an organised warehouse and effective stock control practices

About you

- Previous warehouse, stores, logistics or dispatch experience
- Experience coordinating daily warehouse and transport activities
- Good inventory and stock control skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail, particularly regarding product quality and delivery accuracy
- Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a busy warehouse environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and ability to maintain accurate records
- Current Forklift Licence preferred
- Current Australian Driver Licence
