At Travvia, home of JUCY and Star RV, we’re looking for a proactive, organised and commercially minded Marketing Coordinator to join our Brisbane-based Marketing team.

This is a hands-on role at the heart of two iconic travel brands. You’ll help bring our marketing to life across campaigns, content, social, digital and trade communications, coordinating the people, projects and details that keep everything moving.

You’ll work alongside specialists across brand, creative, content, performance and digital, building broad marketing experience while helping us inspire more people to get out there, explore and create unforgettable travel experiences.

Your Journey on the Road

Keep Campaigns Moving

You’ll coordinate campaign timelines, briefs, approvals, assets and go-live activity across our brands. From offers and links to creative trafficking and final checks, you’ll make sure everything is accurate, on time and ready to hit the road.

Bring Content to Life

You’ll support content across social, UGC, influencer and campaign channels, while helping keep our creative assets organised and accessible. You’ll also support website updates, SEO activity and digital content.

Connect with Our Trade Partners

You’ll own day-to-day B2B communications through HubSpot, including building and scheduling trade EDMs and maintaining audience lists. You’ll also work with our Trade team to amplify events, roadshows, partnerships and agent activity.

Make Marketing Smarter

You’ll help keep reporting, administration, suppliers and marketing systems organised, while looking for better ways to work. We want you to bring ideas around AI, automation and technology that help the team spend less time on admin and more time driving growth.

What You’ll Bring to the Trip

Essential:





- 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, communications, digital, content or a similar coordination role
- Highly organised with robust attention to detail
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with email or CRM platforms; HubSpot experience is highly regarded
- Comfortable learning and working across digital marketing tools and platforms
- Proactive, solutions-focused and confident taking ownership
- Commercially minded, with an understanding of how marketing contributes to customer and revenue growth

Desirable:

- Travel, tourism, e-commerce or multi-brand experience
- Experience with Asana, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brandfolder, Sprout Social, SEMrush or CMS platforms
- Canva or basic creative production skills
- Experience supporting events, partnerships, affiliates or influencer programs
- A genuine interest in AI and automation
