We are on the lookout for GREAT Chefs at our AMAZING venues in the Penrith / Lower Blue Mountains area.

We are also offering SIGN ON / RETENTION bonuses

Our group is made up of some of Western Sydney's best and favourite casual dining venues which include;

- Laughin' Boy Cafe Emu Plains

- Regatta Park kitchen Emu Plains

- 2773 Cafe Glenbrook

- The Conservation Hut Wentworth Falls

- Our own Commissary Kitchen Emu Plains

In preparation for Spring and the 'Silly Season' we are expanding our Kitchen Teams and we are on the lookout for Chefs that are reliable, friendly, hard working and wanting to find a home where they are respected, well paid and have a strong and supportive team and Management structure.

Our Venues are (thankfully :) very busy so we require applicants that can handle high volume and pressure and even (dare we say it) have a great sense of humour.





We love hospitality and are really proud of all of our establishments and looking for individuals who care!

We are looking first and foremost for Chef de Partie's however have space for ,Commis Chefs & Sous Chefs - there is also of course lot's of potential for growth into more senior roles.
