Cook/Chef Wanted - Riverside Cafe in Marrickville

Cooks River Canteen is looking for a cook to join our small, passionate team! We’re a riverside kiosk in Marrickville serving made to order sandwiches, deli fare and specialty coffee - it’s house-baked bread and food we’re genuinely proud of.

The Role: Casual/part time (full-time hours available). Run your own section on weekdays, work alongside the owner on weekends with real input into the menu.

What We’re Looking For:

- 2+ years experience in quality kitchens

- Empathy, ambition, integrity and creativity

- Great communication skills, team player

- Cool, calm and capable during a busy service

- Friendly manner - you’ll be front and centre with our regulars

- Available Wednesday to Sunday preferably as we are closed Monday and Tuesday.

Location: We are located at Gough Whitlam Park, a short stroll from Tempe Station.
