- Managing reception and incoming telephone enquiries
- Booking and coordinating patient appointments
- Processing payments and assisting with accounts
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Communicating with patients regarding appointments and treatment

- Comfortable working in a busy clinical environment
- Computer literate and able to learn new practice-management systems
- Attentive to detail and takes pride in doing things properly
- A positive team player who is willing to help wherever needed
- Naturally proactive rather than waiting to be told what to do
Previous experience in a general dental or specialist orthodontic practice is preferred, but is not essential. We are equally interested in candidates with strong customer service, medical reception, or other professional front-of-house experience.
Why join Carousel Orthodontic Centre?
- Join an established and highly respected specialist orthodontic practice
- Work alongside an experienced and supportive clinical team
- A professional, modern and patient-focused environment
- Consistent Thursday and Friday working days
- Opportunity to develop your skills within specialist healthcare
- Be part of a team where providing an exceptional patient experience really matters
If you are someone who takes pride in providing outstanding service, enjoys building rapport with patients and families, and wants to be part of a qualified and positive team, we would love to hear from you.
$35–$42 per hour + super, depending on experience, skills and suitability for the role.
