As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we're looking for a dependable Warehouse Store Person to join our team in Acacia Ridge, Queensland.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on, Full time role where you'll be a vital part of our warehouse operations, reporting to the National Operations Manager. You'll work alongside experienced store persons to ensure the smooth flow of components and products—from receiving and storage through to dispatch—while liaising with internal teams. This role will primarily be tasked with the receiving in of goods, stocking the shelves, picking and packing and ensuring our products are accurately located within the warehouse.

Your Responsibilities

General Warehousing:

- Receive, Pick, Pack and refill stock on shelves with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency

- Maintain accurate stock control and participate in regular stocktakes as required

- Safely operate forklifts

- Keep the warehouse clean, protected, and well-organised at all times

- Coordinate with internal departments

Customer Service & Inventory Support:

- Resolve freight or inventory issues promptly to keep operations running smoothly





- Assist walk-in trade counter customers as needed — handling straightforward collections or directing sales enquiries to the internal sales team

Quality & Continuous Improvement:

- Follow and uphold high standards of warehousing and safety procedures

- Contribute ideas for process improvements, policy updates, and quality assurance

What You Bring

Essential Licences & Qualifications:

- Current and valid QLD LF Forklift Licence is a prerequisite for this role

- Current and valid QLD Driver's Licence

- Relevant warehouse qualification or 3+ years' experience in a similar role

Skills & Experience:

- Hands-on experience with hand and machine tools in a warehouse workplace

- Basic or intermediate IT skills and familiarity with inventory management systems

- High attention to detail with a commitment to safety and compliance

- Mechanical aptitude and ability to handle physical tasks

- Effective communication and organisational skills

- Ability to multi task and high work ethic

- Customer-focused with the ability to stay calm under pressure

- Takes pride in accuracy and doing the job right the first time
