About the role
We are looking for 2 staff members to join our Team to support a gentleman requiring 24/7 support with Complex needs living with his family in his own home.
Key responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 full support to a gentleman with complex needs in his own home
- Attend all training sessions as requested and be fully trained in all aspects of the program
- Work all shifts flexibly, including sleepover nights, to ensure the team can run consistently during staff absences
- Pick up extra shifts as needed
About you
- Full NDIS clearance required
- No working restrictions
- Full driver's licence
- Fully Covid vaccinated
- Flu Vaccine
- Able to fully commit to this program
- Versatile and able to work all shifts including: Active Sleepover nights 11pm to 7am, 7am to 11am, 3pm to 11pm, 6pm to 8pm, 7am to 3pm
