Steven’s Specialist Tree Service is looking for a reliable and motivated Groundsperson/Labourer to join our Melbourne team.

You’ll work alongside experienced arborists on a variety of tree work activities, with the opportunity to develop your skills, gain experience and build a career in arboriculture.

The role

· Assist arborists with tree pruning and removal works

· Operate machinery and equipment safely

· Drive company trucks and vehicles

· Site set-up and site clean up

· Complete vehicle and equipment pre-starts

· Help keep worksites safe, organised and running efficiently

What you’ll need

· Medium Rigid (MR) Truck Licence

· Current driver’s licence

· White Card





· Good physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions

· A reliable, safety-focused attitude

· Ability to work well as part of a crew

Chainsaw qualifications, First Aid, Working with Children Check and previous tree industry experience will be highly regarded.
