? What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing clinical leadership, supervision, and mentoring to Speech Pathologists, from new graduates to more experienced clinicians.
- Overseeing clinical governance, documentation quality, and evidence‑based practice.
- Supporting onboarding, capability building, and professional development pathways.
- Managing caseload complexity and offering advanced clinical consultation.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary team leads to ensure seamless service delivery across both the SP and OT teams.
- Contributing to service innovation, audit readiness, and continuous improvement.
- Maintaining a small but meaningful clinical caseload to stay connected to practice.
? What You Bring
- SPA‑eligible Speech Pathologist with 3+ years clinical experience (more is welcome).
- Strong clinical skills across paediatrics and/or adults — communication, swallowing, AAC, social skill development.
- Demonstrated leadership capability — supervision, coaching, and team coordination.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organisational skills.
- A passion for developing others and fostering a supportive, growth‑focused culture.
- Commitment to high‑quality, person‑centred care aligned with NDIS and TAC frameworks.
