The Role:

Ownership of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Reconciliations including:

- Assist a portfolio of clients with their accounting and tax requirements

- Prepare of Business Activity Statements and Instalment Activity Statements

- Prepare of financial statements and tax returns for all types of entities, including individuals, companies, partnerships, trusts, and SMSF's

- Have experience across different business entities and structures

- Provide technical advice to the team as well as your clients

- STP and payroll lodgements





- Manage clients from all facids of their business including compliance, payroll, ASIC and various queries as they come through

- Open to executional measurement across key performance KPIs

- Display excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others both internally and externally

- Be able to lead by example in the establishment of a client-centric culture

The Requirements:

- Minimum 4 + year experience as a Tax Accounting & Business Services in a public practice

- Have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, commerce, or similar

- Must have knowledge Xero, Ledger, MYOB

- Management experience

- High level technical tax knowledge and skills

- Be hard-working, passionate, and dedicated

- An ability to work independently and under pressure

- An ability to prioritize work effectively

- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A willingness to learn develop and adapt while driving process change will be highly regarded.
