As an Electrician in our Water & Wastewater Operations team, you'll work on a diverse range of industrial electrical, control and instrumentation systems across wastewater treatment plants, pump stations and reservoirs. Your responsibilities will include:

- Maintaining and repairing electrical, control and instrumentation systems across water and wastewater infrastructure.

- Performing fault finding, diagnostics and preventative maintenance on critical operational assets.

- Monitoring and supporting SCADA, telemetry and automated control systems while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Collaborating with operators, contractors and internal stakeholders to deliver efficient and environmentally responsible outcomes.

Skills and experience:

- Demonstrated experience in industrial electrical maintenance, with strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills across electrical, control and instrumentation systems.

- A self-motivated and safety-focused approach, with the ability to work independently, manage priorities and respond effectively in a dynamic operational environment.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Eligibility:

- You'll hold an Australian trade qualification as an Electrician.

- You'll have a current C Class Driver Licence (or above).

- You'll be available to participate in the Water & Waste Operations after-hours on-call roster, including weekends and public holidays.

- You'll have the ability to attain and maintain a Confined Space Entry Ticket.

- You'll be able to successfully complete Functional Capacity Assessments Class B and C and maintain immunisations appropriate for working in a wastewater environment.

- Working at Heights certification and a Certificate III or IV in Electrical Instrumentation are desirable but not essential.

- To be eligible for employment, applicants must have the legal right to work in Australia.
