About the role

We're looking for an energetic, commercially minded Social Media & Sales Coordinator to help grow our skincare, sun care and lifestyle brands.

This isn't a traditional social media role. While you'll create great content and manage our social channels, a key part of the position is turning engagement into sales.

You'll actively engage with consumers, creators and retailers, respond to people interested in our products, identify sales opportunities and proactively introduce our brands to independent retailers.

We’re looking for someone who combines creative ability with a strong commercial mindset, someone who enjoys creating great content and talking to people, whether that’s answering a question on Instagram, recruiting a new creator, reaching out to a retailer that would be a great fit for the range, or following up an opportunity and turning interest into sales.

What you'll be doing

- Plan and manage social content across Instagram and TikTok

- Create Reels, Stories, photography and short-form video

- Manage comments, DMs and product enquiries, helping turn engagement into sales

- Build our online community, encouraging UGC, reviews and brand advocacy

- Recruit and manage influencers, creators and brand ambassadors

- Manage gifting, seeding and creator collaborations

- Identify and proactively approach potential independent retailers

- Follow up sales leads, onboard new wholesale accounts and drive reorders

- Create email marketing campaigns and grow our customer database

- Support product launches, promotions and retail campaigns

- Track performance and identify opportunities to grow engagement, leads and sales

What we're looking for

Someone who is proactive, personable and commercially minded. You won't wait for customers, creators or retailers to come to us, you'll actively look for opportunities to grow the brands and drive sales.

- 2–4 years’ experience in social media, content, digital marketing or sales

- Strong Instagram and TikTok skills





- Confidence creating and editing photo and video content

- Experience with Canva, CapCut and ideally Klaviyo

- Strong communication and copywriting skills

- Experience with influencer and community management

- Confidence approaching customers, creators and retailers

- A proactive sales mindset, identifying an opportunity, making the first contact and following it through

- Experience in beauty, skincare, lifestyle or retail would be an advantage
