Synergy Health Centre is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated administration officer/receptionist to join our administration team and represent our brand and our close nit team of allied health providers.

As a busy allied health clinic our reception is crucial to our daily routine and level of organisation. As the first point of contact and the face of our business we are looking for someone who is bubbly, charismatic and approachable.

Our ideal candidate would possess some or all of the following qualities:

- Have previous health/medical administration experience or have experience from another field looking to make the transition into health and medical administration.

- Those who do not have experience but are motivated, personable and willing to learn are most welcome to apply also.

- Be able to work effectively and with outstanding cohesion with the other admin members to achieve high results.





- The candidate must have extremely good verbal and written communication skills in order to maintain our strong relationships with our clientele and referring doctors.

- Pleasant and efficient phone manner is a must. A large part of the role will entail managing the bookings for the allied health practitioners.

- The candidate must be confident and capable of problem solving in unfamiliar situations.

- The candidate must be technologically savvy and be good with computer programs.
