We are currently seeking reliable Production Operators / Forklift Operators to join a well-established Australian manufacturer based in Geebung, specialising in PVC pipe and plastic extrusion products.

This is a hands-on manufacturing role working across extrusion, production and packing operations, with the opportunity to build your skills in a supportive and safety-focused environment.

Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for candidates with previous manufacturing, production, warehouse or machine operating experience.

Day and afternoon shift opportunities are available.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate extrusion, production and packing equipment safely and efficiently
- Complete machine start-ups, shutdowns and tooling changes
- Monitor production processes and carry out quality checks
- Check product temperature, diameter, finish and overall quality
- Accurately record production and quality information
- Pack, strap and label finished products correctly
- Operate forklifts and side-loaders to move raw materials and finished products
- Load, unload and safely position materials throughout the facility
- Identify equipment issues and assist with basic troubleshooting
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area
- Follow all company WHS and safety procedures





What We're Looking For

- Current LF Forklift Licence – essential
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse or machine operating experience
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to identify and report basic equipment faults
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling up to 25kg
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Safety-focused approach to all tasks
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Flexible to work day or afternoon shifts
