About the role...
They now have a great chance for a motivated Family Law Legal Asisstant/Paralegal to join their team and further their career in Family Law.
Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support, your duties will include, but not be limited to:-
- diary management and arranging appointments
- word processing and dictaphone typing
- e-filing and indexing of original legal documents
- taking telephone calls and assisting where appropriate with enquiries
- assisting with drafting and preparation of documents for court hearings
- liaising with clients
- general administrative tasks
Skills and experience we'd love...
The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years experience as a Family Law Legal Assistant/Paralegal, as well as:-
- advanced MS Word and typing skills
- strong drafting skills (e.g. preliminary court documents, general correspondence)
- keen eye for detail and accountability
- ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- excellent inter-personal skills
