About the Role

Smith & Co is partnering with an established, family-owned timber packaging manufacturer based in Hemmant. We are seeking a reliable Production Labourer to join their workshop team and assist with the manufacture of timber pallets, custom crates and export packaging. You will work across timber preparation, cutting, assembly and general workshop duties.

Key Responsibilities

- Manufacture and assemble timber pallets, crates and transport packaging
- Measure, mark and cut timber to required sizes and specifications
- Safely operate power tools, hand tools and nails guns
- Load, unload and move timber and finished products around the workshop
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe production area

What You’ll Bring

- Previous production, factory, timber or general labouring experience
- Confidence using hand tools, power tools and nail guns




- Ability to complete physical manual handling constantly
- Reliable attendance and a reliable employment history
- Own reliable transport and availability to start at short notice

Salary & Benefits

- $33 per hour casual
- Ongoing casual employment
