Customer Sales Agent – Full Time

We’re growing our Bendigo-based sales team and are looking for driven, commercially minded sales professionals who enjoy working toward targets, closing deals, and being recognised for results.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for converting warm inbound and outbound enquiries into booked services. This is a fast-paced sales role where consistency, confidence, and follow-through matter.

Key Responsibilities

- Handling warm customer enquiries via phone

- Uncovering customer needs and recommending suitable pest solutions

- Providing accurate quotes and securing bookings

- Consistently meeting daily activity, conversion, and revenue targets

- Working closely with a supportive, performance-driven sales team

This is a target-based role and is best suited to individuals who take ownership of their performance.

Who This Role Is For

You’ll succeed in this role if you:

- Have proven experience in sales or other target-driven customer roles

- Are comfortable working to KPIs, metrics, and conversion targets

- Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally

- Take feedback well and actively work to improve performance

- Demonstrate resilience, consistency, and strong follow-through

Experience in call centres, inbound sales, utilities, finance, memberships, education, fundraising, or similar environments is highly regarded.

This role is not suited to candidates seeking casual work, short-term roles, or low-pressure environments.
