Experienced Pizza Maker – Casual or Part-Time

Farina 00 Pasta & Wine is looking for an experienced Pizza Maker to join our busy kitchen team.

This position is available on either a casual or part-time basis. Part-time applicants must be available for a minimum of 20 hours per week across Friday to Monday, including evening shifts.

Key responsibilities

- Hand-stretching pizza dough consistently

- Preparing and topping pizzas to order

- Operating and managing the pizza oven

- Completing preparation for the pizza section

- Monitoring stock and communicating preparation requirements

- Maintaining a clean, organised and food-safe workspace

- Working efficiently during busy dinner services

- Supporting the wider kitchen team when required

About you

- Previous experience as a pizza maker is essential

- Must be confident hand-stretching pizza dough

- Able to manage a busy pizza section

- Reliable,



punctual and well organised

- Calm and productive under pressure

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene

- Available to work evenings and weekends

- Casual or part-time employment available

- Part-time: minimum 20 hours per week

- Availability required Friday through Monday

- Evening and weekend shifts

- Pay based on experience, plus applicable penalty rates and superannuation
