About the role

Klose Constructions is seeking a reliable, multi-skilled Maintenance Carpenter / Handyperson to join our team. You will work on a variety of property maintenance and renovation tasks across residential and commercial projects, with no two days being the same.

Key responsibilities

- Perform basic carpentry, framing, fix-out, and structural repairs

- Complete general property maintenance, including plaster patching, basic tiling, painting, and door/window hardware replacements

- Complete small concreting jobs and roofing work

- Diagnose maintenance issues and implement efficient, long-lasting solutions

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work workplace on all sites

- Interact professionally with clients, ensuring excellent customer service

About you

- Proven experience in a carpentry, property maintenance,



or handyperson role

- A relevant trade qualification (e.g., Certificate III in Carpentry) is highly regarded but not strictly required if you have extensive, verifiable experience

- Your own standard trade tools and a valid open Driver's Licence

- Strong problem-solving skills and sharp attention to detail

- High reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work autonomously
