About the role

An experienced Store Manager to lead the Cairns showroom and sales team. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves sales, people and creating a excellent customer experience. You'll lead from the floor, motivate your team, drive results and take ownership of the day-to-day running and presentation of the store.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and motivate the sales team

- Drive sales and achieve store targets

- Deliver exceptional customer service

- Coach and support team performance

- Manage rosters and daily store operations

- Maintain high showroom and merchandising standards

- Follow up enquiries, quotes and sales opportunities

- Work closely with the owners on store performance and future growth

About you





- Previous retail management experience

- Confident working to sales targets

- Positive, organised, commercially minded

- Comfortable taking ownership

- Experience in furniture, homewares, interiors, lifestyle or other high-value retail highly regarded
