About the role

To ensure the accurate and timely processing of customer orders (both online and wholesale), manage outbound shipping logistics, maintain stock integrity, and support the production/packaging of value-added products. This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient picking, packing, and dispatching procedures.

Key responsibilities

- Monitor designated email inboxes regularly throughout the day to identify and download incoming online sales orders
- Accurately locate and pick items from the warehouse shelves according to order details
- Prepare products for transit by selecting appropriate packaging materials to ensure items arrive undamaged
- Ensure all parcels are correctly labeled with customer shipping details and handling instructions
- Segregate parcels based on shipping method (Standard Post, Express, Courier) for collection or drop-off
- Manually enter order details into various carrier portals/shipping systems (Australia Post, FedEx, Team Global Express, Aramex, Morgans Transport)
- Assemble specific product lines including filling castor oil packs, bottling oils, and hand-wrapping products
- Apply correct labels to finished products and apply over-labels to existing stock as required
- Maintain a clean, organized,



and safe work workplace and report any damaged stock or safety hazards to management
- Assist with general warehouse tidiness including breaking down cardboard for recycling and organizing pallets

About you

- High level of accuracy in order picking, data entry, and stock counting
- Comfortable navigating email inboxes, entering data into web portals, and updating Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry parcels/boxes, and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to prioritize tasks, especially balancing immediate shipping tasks with ongoing production work
- Punctuality and strong work ethic, particularly during peak sales periods
- Previous experience in a warehouse, pick-pack, or production environment is preferred but not essential
- A current Driver's License and/or Forklift License may be advantageous
