Perspective Recruitment is seeking experienced Service Technicians to join our client’s team in Moorabbin for a repair and refurbishment project on 2nd hand products & appliances.

This is a hands-on role focused on repairing, re-assembling, and testing appliances using plug-and-play replacement parts. Ideal for mechanically minded individuals who enjoy practical work and take pride in attention to detail.

Hours and Remuneration

- Monday to Friday – 5 days per week (adaptable)
- Shift times: 6:00am – 2:00pm or 7:00am – 3:00pm
- $36.94 per hour (includes casual loading + super)
- 3–6 month project with potential for extension
- Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities

- Repair and service 2nd hand products using replacement parts
- Disassemble, repair, re-assemble and test appliances
- Perform quality checks with strong attention to detail




- Ensure all products meet required standards before dispatch
- Work efficiently on plug-and-play components (simple mechanical/electrical assembly)

Test & Tag experience is highly regarded but not essential.

To Be Successful You Will Have

- Strong mechanical aptitude and good with your hands
- Practical experience using tools for repair and assembly work
- Excellent attention to detail and quality focus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Reliable, flexible, and enthusiastic attitude
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on workshop work

Previous experience repairing or servicing household appliances is highly advantageous.
