Relationships and communication with our patients are at the heart of everything we do.

Our practice is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

That means:

- No weekends

- No shift work

- No after-hours work

About You

Essential Criteria

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with AHPRA

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Solid organisational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

- Adaptable and open to change and innovation

- Current CPR certificate

- A genuine commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred primary care

Highly Regarded Experience

Previous experience in general practice will be highly regarded, particularly experience with:

- Working in a busy GP or primary healthcare environment

- Childhood and adult immunisations

- Chronic disease management

- Care plans and health assessments

- Best Practice or similar clinical software

- Managing the workflow of a busy treatment room





- Leadership and supporting a positive, collaborative team environment

What You'll Be Doing

This is a varied and hands-on nursing role where no two days are exactly the same.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Providing high-quality, patient-centred nursing care

- Patient assessment and triage

- Immunisations and other injections

- ECGs, spirometry and ear syringing

- Wound care and management

- Assisting GPs with minor procedures and surgery

- Care plans and health assessments

- Supporting patients with chronic and complex health conditions

- Managing treatment room workflow and clinical equipment

- Sterilisation and infection prevention and control

- Supporting the implementation of operational improvements

- Contributing ideas and helping drive positive change within the practice

- Maintaining a consistently high standard of patient care and customer service
