Aqua Marine Wellness & Spa is seeking a passionate and experienced Spa Therapist to join our growing wellness team.

Located in beautiful Redland Bay, Aqua Marine is creating a premium wellness destination focused on helping our clients relax, restore and reconnect with themselves.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about wellness, enjoys creating exceptional client experiences and wants to grow alongside an expanding wellness business.

About the Role

As a Spa Therapist, you will provide a range of relaxing and therapeutic spa treatments while creating a warm, personalised and professional experience for every client.

You will be an important part of our wellness team and will have the opportunity to work within a beautiful, modern environment alongside our medical, skin, wellness and movement services.

The role may include:

- Providing a range of spa facials , relaxation and body treatments

- Delivering exceptional and personalised client experiences

- Massage and therapeutic treatments

- Supporting holistic wellness and self-care

- Maintaining a high standard of hygiene, presentation and professionalism

- Building strong relationships with clients and encouraging repeat visits

- Working collaboratively with the wider Aqua Marine team

- Contributing to the growth and development of our wellness offering

About You

We are looking for a therapist who is:

- Qualified and experienced in spa therapy, beauty therapy or a related field

- Passionate about wellness, beauty and holistic health

- Warm, nurturing and genuinely caring

- Professional, reliable and well presented





- Confident communicating with clients

- Passionate about providing exceptional service

- Able to work independently while also being a positive team member

- Committed to ongoing learning and professional development

- Excited to grow with a developing wellness business

Experience in the following is preferred, but not essential:

- Holistic therapies

- Remedial massage

- Deep tissue massage

- Relaxation and therapeutic massage

- Body treatments

- Facials
