Join our dynamic team at Ngurra Civil and Construction as we embark on a period of exciting growth and expansion. We are currently seeking full time experienced FRP supervisors, concreters and form workers to join us in Adelaide, with opportunities for FIFO, DIDO, and local work.

To qualify for these positions, you should have a proven track record in working on diverse projects involving concrete construction elements, such as Formwork, Steel Fixing, Concrete Placement. Your ability to demonstrate proficiency in concreting, screeding to flat tolerance, concrete finishing, and commercial and civil concrete work is essential. Familiarity with steel fixing, formwork, OHS requirements, setting out and reading plans, and performing labor duties is also expected. A strong commitment to safety and quality, along with a positive attitude and strong work ethic, will set you up for success.

Key requirements for success in these roles include:

- Desirable: 3-5 years of experience in commercial and civil projects.

- Previous exposure to a civil concrete environment.

- Willingness to work away from home when required.

- Reliability, hard work, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team.

- Valid driver's license, reliable transport, and construction induction card.





- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screening

About You

To be considered for upcoming works, you must have proven experience in the construction or energy industries, have a Construction Induction Card (White Card), hold a National Police Clearance (valid within last 12 months), a valid Australian Drivers Licence (C Class), as well as the following:

Permanent right to work in Australia or valid work visa

Concreters:

- Certificate III in Concreting or relevant Trade Certificate

- Minimum 4-5 years concreting experience on large concreting jobs

Formwork Carpenters:

- Certificate III in Carpentry or relevant Trade Certificate

- Minimum 2-5 years formwork experience
