North West Mining & Civil is a growing Western Australian contractor delivering mining, civil construction, and plant hire services across the resources and infrastructure sectors. We are seeking an experienced Accounts All-Rounder to manage finance operations across two business entities. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, has exceptional attention to detail, and can confidently manage multiple priorities while working with a range of stakeholders and systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end supplier payment runs across both entities

- Oversee credit control activities, including monitoring outstanding debtors and following up overdue accounts

- Process accounts payable entries for labour hire and contractor invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment

- Create and maintain purchase orders (POs) for the smaller business entity

- Conduct daily bank reconciliations across multiple bank accounts

- Manage company credit cards, including reconciliations and reporting

- Provide ad hoc accounting and administrative support as required by management

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in an accounts or finance position





- Strong understanding of accounts payable, credit control, and bank reconciliation processes

- Experience using Simpro, IFS, MYOB, or similar ERP/accounting systems

- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working across multiple platforms

- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

- The ability to work autonomously and effectively manage competing priorities

- Strong communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
