National Workforce is partnering with Australia's largest heavy vehicle rental business to build out their core workshop teams across their Ingleburn and Minto facilities. They have completely removed field service expectations from these roles-meaning you are strictly workshop-based.

We are currently hiring for two distinct mechanical roles:

1. Heavy Diesel Mechanic (Ingleburn)

- 95% focused on Prime Movers.
- Heavy diesel engine overhauls, fault finding, and diagnostics utilizing Jaltest (primary) and Volvo software.

1. Trailer Mechanic (Minto)

- 100% focused on trailer servicing (air brakes, suspension, axles).
- A strong mix of general repairs alongside basic rail and structural welding, including skid plates (70% basic / 30% heavy structural).

The Nuts & Bolts:

- The Hours: Straight day shift, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- The Overtime:

What You Need in Your Toolkit:

- Relevant Trade Qualifications (Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or similar).
