Heavy Vehicle Mechanic – Kenwick (New Workshop Facility)

We are seeking a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic to join our modern, well‑equipped workshop in Kenwick. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse fleet including prime movers, trailers, dollies, concrete agitators, cement tankers, light trucks, and third‑party vehicles.

This position is ideal for a mechanic who has experience in workshop development or is looking to step into a role with genuine input into a new workshop fit‑out. As the facility grows into a multi‑bay service centre supporting both metro and mining operations, you will have the chance to help shape its future.

What we are looking for:

Ability to work independently and unsupervised

Experience with heavy vehicles (preferred but not essential)

Ability and willingness to work alongside and mentor apprentices





Light vehicle mechanics considering a move into heavy transport are encouraged to apply

Air‑conditioning experience and basic auto‑electrical skills are advantageous

A heavy vehicle licence is beneficial, though training can be provided for long‑term employees

Permanent residents or Australian citizens only
