Your new role

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a major education refurbishment project involving significant services upgrades and complex refurbishment works.

You'll be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme targets, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Future projects are likely to include a mix of education, defence, and commercial refurbishment works.

What you'll need to succeed

- Proven experience as a Site Manager within the commercial construction industry




- Experience delivering refurbishment, remedial, or services-heavy projects
- Education project experience would be highly regarded
- Strong understanding of site safety, project programming, and subcontractor management
- Ability to manage projects in live and operational environments
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Trade background, particularly carpentry, will be highly regarded
