Production Support

We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Production Support Team Member to join our Production team in Boronia. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, works well in a team environment, and takes pride in producing high-quality outcomes.

About the Role

Reporting to the Production Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our manufacturing operations through material preparation, assembly, kitting, finishing, and general production support activities.

This role requires a strong focus on quality, attention to detail, safety, and teamwork, while ensuring production schedules are met efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

- Cut materials accurately to production specifications

- Prepare and organise materials for manufacturing processes

- Assemble product kits by gathering and packaging required components

- Perform product assembly tasks, including Kombi assembly

- Complete product finishing activities such as cleaning, polishing, and final quality checks

- Meet production schedules while maintaining a high level of accuracy





- Assist team members and contribute to a collaborative work workplace

- Identify opportunities for process and equipment improvements

- Participate in ongoing training and development programs

- Follow all safety procedures and promptly report hazards, incidents, or injuries

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing or production environment

- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety

- Ability to work effectively within a small team environment

- Capability to work autonomously with limited supervision

- Excellent reliability, punctuality, and attendance record

- Strong verbal communication skills

- Willingness to learn new tasks, processes, and technology systems

- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

- Flexibility to assist across different production activities as required
