KSB is a leading global pump manufacturer with manufacturing and sales branches throughout Australia.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Spare Parts Coordinator to join our National Customer Service Team. This role is based in Bundamba reporting to Customer Service Manager.

The position will assist to promote our complete range of spare parts to complement our products across all market sectors.

Some of the duties and responsibilities of the position are:

- Maintaining and strengthening current relationships with key customers

- Quoting, order entry and processing of orders

- Customer response in relation to delivery enquiries

- Providing technical advice to customers

- Following-up on outstanding quotes

- Arranging transportation, collection and delivery of parts





- Other tasks as directed

- Working as a team to achieve company goals

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Spare parts and parts interpreter experience.

- Mechanical aptitude

- SAP knowledge

- CRM Systems Experience
