About the role

The Director of Faith & Mission provides strategic leadership in fostering and strengthening the Catholic identity, faith formation, and mission of the School from Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Director works closely with the Principal to ensure that the Gospel values, Catholic tradition, and the charisms of St Marcellin Champagnat and St Emilie de Vialar remain central to the School's culture, teaching, and relationships.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and develop Religious Education and faith formation programs

- Organise and oversee liturgical celebrations

- Lead retreats and spiritual growth opportunities for students and staff

- Lead social justice initiatives

- Foster a vibrant faith community

- Promote the mission of Catholic education

- Teach two classes, preferably including one Senior Secondary class
