What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the friendly face guiding our customers through their Finance & Insurance options, making the process easy, smooth, and stress-free. Day to day, you’ll:

- Present and explain Finance and Insurance products with clarity and confidence

- Complete and submit all contract paperwork accurately and efficiently

- Ensure full compliance with all internal and external policies

- Track and manage finance applications through to settlement

- Keep customers updated and respond to enquiries with great service

- Work Monday–Friday (8:30am–5:30pm) + Saturday (9am–2pm)

- Receive an RDO after working two consecutive Saturdays

What You Bring to the Team

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Outgoing, confident, and great with people

- Experienced in finance, sales or customer service

- Detail-oriented with excellent administration and data entry skills

- A strategic thinker who knows how to drive growth

- Self-motivated, proactive, and focused on understanding customer needs

- Able to build strong rapport with our sales team

- Holds a current Australian Driver’s Licence

- Able to obtain a explicit National Police Check
