About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Delivery Assistant to join our Zeekr dealership team. This role is responsible for delivering a premium handover experience to customers, ensuring each vehicle delivery is smooth, informative and aligned with the brand’s high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Working days are Wednesday - Sunday
- Coordinate and conduct vehicle handovers with customers ensuring a seamless and positive delivery experience
- Provide detailed walkthroughs of vehicle features,
technology and functionality
- Ensure all delivery documentation is accurately completed, signed and processed
- Verify customer details and compliance requirements prior to handover
- Prepare vehicles for delivery, ensuring they meet presentation and quality standards
- Liaise with sales, service and administration teams to ensure readiness of vehicles and paperwork
- Address customer questions and provide post-delivery support where required
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and completed documentation
Skills & Experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail, particularly with documentation and compliance
- Ability to explain technical features in a clear and engaging way
- Well-organised with strong time management skills
- Previous experience in automotive, retail,or customer-facing roles is preferred
- Full valid drivers license
