The Role
As a Test Lead, you will lead and coordinate testing across the project lifecycle, ensuring quality, security and reliability are maintained through to release.
You'll work closely with developers, business stakeholders and delivery partners to identify and resolve defects, oversee System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing, and drive improvements in test automation.
You'll also provide guidance and mentoring to the testing team, helping deliver high-quality solutions that meet business and project objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Planning & Strategy - lead the shift to automation-first testing and embed quality across the SDLC, including shift-left, CI/CD, performance testing and emerging AI-driven testing practices
- Test Lifecycle Ownership - own and govern end-to-end testing lifecycle across SIT, API, regression and UAT, with clear quality standards, traceability and sign-off
- Test Execution & UAT - lead UAT execution, drive effective defect management and quality gates and ensure teams are ready for successful go-live
- Team Enablement & Capability Building - coach and mentor testers, build automation skills, and drive consistent testing practices across the Division
- Enterprise Influence & Vendor Engagement - influence quality outcome across business and technology teams and manage vendors to deliver effective, high-quality testing outcomes
What we're Looking for
- Test automation strategy, frameworks, governance, and adoption.
- Hands-on experience with Karate, Gatling, JMeter, Opkey, Selenium, Postman, and SoapUI.
- Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Bitbucket, Docker, and Confluence.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Solution Architecture, and Quality Engineering practices, including Shift-left, TDD, and BDD.
- Experience across functional, regression, integration, API, performance, security, and mobile testing.
- Experience with Salesforce testing and enterprise system integrations.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across teams and technical domains.
- Experience working in Agile delivery and operations environments.
- Coaching and mentoring teams to build test automation capability and quality practices.
- ISTQB or equivalent testing certification - mandatory.
